I’m Haoying (How’Ying), a designer for the home.
G Home was founded on an encounter in Mexico, where I discovered gourd folk objects strangely familiar.
Gourds were part of my Chinese upbringing. Seeing them take on a different life in another culture made me realize how something so familiar could connect people across places and traditions.
I brought gourds into my own home, to reflect who I am, welcome others in, and spark conversations that would never happen otherwise.
G Home carries the connection forward into your home, through material and design.
