Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing

    • Processing Time: Most pre-made orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, please allow an additional 1–2 days.
    • Customized Products: Because our gourd objects are artisan-made and individually inspected, made-to-order pieces and customized pieces may require 2-3 weeks handling time.

  2. Shipping Methods & Rates

    • Domestic Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage for standard delivery, with estimated arrival in 1–5 business days depending on your location.
    • International Shipping: Available to select countries; shipping times vary by region. Please note that customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes in their country.
    • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. With orders over $150, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey.

  4. Packaging & Sustainability

    • We pack each item carefully to protect its natural shape and texture. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable materials.

  5. Shipping Delays

    • We strive to meet delivery estimates but occasionally face delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processes. If your shipment is significantly delayed, contact us at gourdrevival@gmail.com so we can assist.
