Order Processing
- Processing Time: Most pre-made orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, please allow an additional 1–2 days.
- Customized Products: Because our gourd objects are artisan-made and individually inspected, made-to-order pieces and customized pieces may require 2-3 weeks handling time.

Shipping Methods & Rates
- Domestic Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage for standard delivery, with estimated arrival in 1–5 business days depending on your location.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries; shipping times vary by region. Please note that customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes in their country.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. With orders over $150, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition, with no visible damage beyond what was received, to qualify for a return or exchange.
- We accept returns within 3 weeks of delivery. After this window, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Email gourdrevival@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Step 2: We’ll provide instructions on sending back the item safely.
- Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your gourd product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at gourdrevival@gmail.com. Attach clear photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you on a suitable remedy—whether a replacement, exchange, or repair.
- For breakage related to our kintsuki-inspired repair service, you can also email photos for an evaluation.

Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part, customers are generally responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exclusions & Final Sale Items
- Custom or personalized orders may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
